Also fantasy racism allegories are always a little dodgy when the races have actual physical differences that give a “reason” for racism beyond ignorance/convenience

I wonder what a Kurvitz game looks like without DE. It’s like trying to make Night in the Woods in a different setting, it’s so central to the artist’s lived experience that I don’t know if it works any other way.
Hopefully some or all of these groups put out something interesting. I don’t expect Disco 2 will ever exist, but maybe that’s okay.
A friend of mine got into DE and got the hotel to waive most of his bill in the very first conversation. Everytime I see someone play it I see something new.

Walking sims are underrated. There are a few story heavy RPGs that I probably would’ve enjoyed more if the combat was stripped out
And they have like half the dev time because they don’t make everything from scratch every time
Depended on the game in my experience. I haven’t emulated any switch games in the last couple years though

Their post history suggests that they do work on emulators so this is probably true
The switch is on its way out so this isn’t a huge loss, the latest version of Ryujinx will play damn near everything on the console. Could be bad for switch 2 emulation though
Too bad, the game has decided you will fuck Gale.
I know they changed it somewhat post-launch but the romance stuff in that game felt like trying to get the right route in a visual novel
UFO 50 is really good, there are a couple games in there that I would love to see expanded to a full release. The dinosaur strategy game goes crazy
Great game, one of the first in the indie renaissance on steam. Pretty difficult though, not the worst choice to play on easy until you beat the game for the first time.
Dunno how it would go on steam deck, the game is basically entirely mouse controlled.
