    “Modern”

Israel always was. Just look at Einstein’s letter in 1948, or history books by Ilan Pappe

Manifest Destiny is the more accurate starting point here. Neither Nazi Germany nor Israel copied Jim Crow laws.

If the Palestinians only oppression was on par with Jim Crow oppression they would be far better off. This isn’t to make an oppression Olympics. It just frustrates me that the west can pretend to look back at it’s history and condemn something that they won’t even admit to happening to Palestinians at this very moment.

Jim Crowe laws? How about the Trail of Tears, the actual successful ethnic cleansing of native people was nearly complete by the time the Civil War kicked off.

[The USA] gunned down the millions of redskins to a few hundred thousand, and now keeps the modest remnant under observation in a cage.

Hilter often pointed to the genocide of the native population in America as a guide for inspiration. Just to add to what you’re saying.

Yes. BE is loved and hated by many leftist. But, I think this is still his best work to date. Wish his content wasn’t just drama slop like it is today.

I see your point but what I was trying to do actually is highlight the fact the legislation and enforcement was literally done by Confederate veterans, especially in MS, AL, AR, LA, and somewhat in GA (and other states). Enforcement was carried out by both state and non-state actors, the non-state actors having backup from the state (police, National Guard, and military), which is exactly the situation in occupied Palestine today.

Sure. But this would be similar to blaming settlers or “bad leaders” in Israel as the problem and giving liberal Zionist a pass. It’s not wrong. But white supremacy is as fundamental a part to America as Jewish supremacy is to Israel. Especially if compared at equal stages of their colonialist expansion.

You’re missing a panel between the nazis and zionists that supposed to be America in the 1950s
