It’s like they totally missed the satire and just went, “Yeah, we should have an Imperium of Man with a God Emperor who’s long dead but we worship anyway!”

Chuds imagine themselves as a Primarch and not the random family that waits an entire generation in line to see the Administratum on Terra.

I think there is a hidden lobby of shitty thubmnail makers who are making fat stacks of cash in this this outrage/fake outrage/outrage to outrage era of youtube.

Warhammer 40,000 is literally my favorite thing ever. Seeing it slowly become more diverse is very welcome. Chud tears are a nice byproduct.

Honestly at a certain point the lack of diversity throughout the entire fucking galaxy is somewhat immersion-breaking. You would think that people from opposite ends of civilized space would at least look and sound different

The Imperium of Man was always supposed to be made up of a myriad of cultures and different people. It’s just that the more modern lore finally starts to represent that

also love see t’au growing to get some respect after being considered a joke in the fandom for the first few years.

I think their dominance in certain phases of tournament play has forced many to bend the knee to commie superiority

Their more recent lore is pretty good too with the breakaway faction, warp god of the greater good being created the auxiliaries, ect.

Shifting away from the ethereal mind control stuff is also welcome.

Surprised how many of these chud videos I’ve been getting lately, I keep blocking the channels but apparently youtube really wants everyone to become a nazi.

When will CHUDs finally take the hint and realize that geek culture isn’t FOR them?

Geekdom is supposed to be an escape from normies, what obligation do we have to respect normie politics? They are more than welcome to go back to golf or watching football or something.

yeah when i was like late teens/early 20s my geek gaming circle was all like weird and gay AF

would have hated a bunch of social conservative weirdos getting in our business. the few that played at the local hobby shop were creepy and everyone avoided them

Same. Before gaming was really mainstreamed, it was a lot of weird nerd types (self included). Now a LARP group? Mine made tabletop look like a football game right after 9/11.

The reason people are abandoning Warhammer is because of the intense IP protection and terrible story direction they are going. Nobody that I know that likes Warhammer cares even abit about ‘wokeness’, and if anything, them increasingly catering towards the Space Marine players is killing the franchise.

mood. I’ll wait for my next Necron drip while they reinvent entire new, cooler marines.
