They should just do what Tekken did with Kazumi, character is a dead in the story but you can still play them no questions asked
I would prefer just completely having him out of the picture, as is currently the case with Heihachi (I hope that he is not revived, especially considering that Reina exists) in Tekken. But yes, the Kazumi treatment would be the second-best option for me.
On one hand, I agree because it’s so cliche to have every villain come back over and over in a saturday morning cartoon fashion. On the other hand, I love Bison and Urien’s design and how they play so I would very much enjoy them being included in every game as long as it’s a flashback version or something and they’re not actually in the current story arc because they live forever or have revived for the 3rd time or some stupid shit

They’ve been excluding Dudley for 2 games in a row now and they even removed Balrog because they’re patting themselves on the back with Ed who is just about the worst boxer archetype they’ve made yet.
Some fucking moody broodlord like Ed will never match the sheer vibes of Dudley holding a dainty teacup with his comically large boxing gloves.
Absolute cowards, they should bring back Necro too, that guy is peak Street Fighter 3 goofyness like, “Oh what if the Russian sleep experiment had a goth gf and had ambitions of being an opera singer?”
