Righ now I try to look more at all post to find new communities. Also, local and subscribed communities are almost identical for me and not a lot is happening.
I hope to find the “core communities” so to speak, but I’m afraid that everyone wants to do the same thing, so no community persists, if that makes sense. It will probably take a bit more time.
So I just try to look at as much as possible
It’s all bubbling up. I look at all 3. Local for the dopest shit, then subscribed…. Rarely look at all now. Someone on my instance subbed to a bunch of porno.

Same, I wish there was a way to block entire instances.
Yeah… it’ll probably take quite some time before the dust settles… it’s like the gold rush right now, everyone wants to stake their clame to their favorite communities.
Wonder if we’ll ever have som sort of meta communities? So you could group a bunch of similar ones together and treat them as one, could come in handy considering how spread out Lemmy might end up becoming.
