Ironic, isn’t it? To spend your whole life denying coverage, only to be denied coverage yourself in the end?
The message on the bullets was hilarious too
hmmm… i’m still not quite sure what the motive could have been…
This is why no one takes the media seriously. The motive is plain as day yet they parrot the police’s statements.
You can’t take motive for granted. I would be willing to bet that police are operating under the assumption that it’s related to his job. But you can’t just rule out a personal grudge or something else. The writing on the bullets could just as easily be a distraction. It’s probably not, but it could.
Probably just random gang violence.
I heard that the victim was the kingpin of one of the deadliest gangs
It’s delay, deny and depose, right?
That’s what the assassin used. They substituted the one term.
Optimistic to think he and his was on the same plan as us and ours.
even if it is the same plan, ceos steal enough to afford any medical bill.
Insurance is for us normies who can’t take a financial hit when accident happens, these people did not have and do not need an insurance.
That or I bet they have some kind of special insurance package us plebs aren’t even aware exists which covers them for everything everywhere regardless of anything.
Usually they’ve got DocWagon super-platinum.
They normally have that Cyberpunk Trauma package but thw capper must have blocked the implant.
As darkly humorous as this is, I believe “out of network” doesn’t apply to ACA compliant health insurance for an ER visit — so even if this happened to a normie, it would ostensibly be covered.
Edit: added “ER”.

I hope his family gets a huge bill.I was thinking that the only disappointing thing about this situation is that it won’t cause his family(*) the hardship it would cause yours or mine.
- by family I mean anyone close to him that has been happy to live off his money.
