Move fast and break things is a motto that works fine when you’re a silicon valley fuckboi talking about shitty apps. Less so when it’s kids that are being broken. Then again it’ll work well for an angry mob going from billionaire door to billionaire door.

The trigger for what? The starter pistol that tells the next set of runner to go, but they also are too busy waiting for someone else to reach the finish line?

As an American, I’m surprised how much of our population keeps saying “you first.”

I’m not saying this to insult or egg people on. I’ve spent most of my life in Texas and have always heard about how nothing like this could happen in our country/state so on and so forth.

I just always kinda expected the pot to immediately boil over. Instead, I find myself gaining more and more perspective on my family from the Holocaust.

IMO this is what protests are for. And why violent protests are necessary.

When we are gathered, we should actually be doing something that impacts material reality.

This is exactly why I said what I said, geography included. Everyone’s waiting for that tyranny they’ve been talking about for centuries to happen still.
