There’s just a lot of inconsistency on how helpful therapists are… if you find one you click with it can be really amazing but it can be so hard to do that. and it feels like there’s so few available even before you narrow stuff down. I had difficulty finding my last therapist because I refuse to have a therapist who’s a man, and then shit happened with her where moving forward I refuse seeing a therapist who’s cis… makes finding a good one just A Lot.
