KDE Plasma - The only OS UI where sorting apps alphabetically is pretty useless.
If you want systems utilities, no need to look at the entire app list or a special exception for the sort! Just go look into the K area instead. A few other apps may invade the space, but all your system apps are gonna be in one place!
Recently switched to kde, and I’ve been enjoying it. The hardest part is the app names.

I remember using KDE back in the day and that so many applications started with K than using the start menu to look for my application was jarring.
