At least 13 people were injured, five critically in two separate mass shootings at homeless encampments in Minneapolis, Minnesota on Monday. The first shooting took place at East Lake Street and Interstate 35W around 11am local time.

When do we start rounding up all the Faux execs and the on-air talent and imprison them, and get Faux taken down and not carried anywhere? When do we start doxxing those that support Faux by watching Faux, and start getting THEM fired?

Gotta be honest if people were to start doxxing fox and other media CEO’s/board of directors that helped usher in this current strain of fascism. And then those high profile people would start losing their homes and lives. I would celebrate that as justice served.

Kilmeade should face charges. Not sure what charges. Not murder, but the equivalent of shouting ‘fire’ in a crowded theater.

These were liberal left wing extremists that did this right? The blood thirsty left who want to kill everyone and regularly threaten people and groups with death, murder and mayhem?

Or am I thinking of another political extremist group?

Move past pointing out hypocrisy. They don’t care. We all know and on the scale of shit they’re guilty of; it seems petty. The institutions are not going to do shit.

Consider what you will be doing about this.

Dude the wife and I like talking long bike rides without our phones, the only electronics on us our lights and our motors. Get in some good conversations outside the city limits once it’s quiet and we don’t have to worry about blocking the tractor that comes by hourly (only traffic on that road) at 10mph, which we can both do without our motors.

I say this with kindness: what do your comments add to the discussion? Sometimes people just want to vent. It’s cool. Just scroll past.

Why didn’t I scroll past your comment? Because I thought it might be useful to remind people to shut the fuck up.

Shutting the fuck up is pretty great if you have literally any idea what to do. I’m not anti shut-the-fuck-up. It’s a really great solution for a lot of people. The best, even.

I think i am also entitled to vent. Hearing libs shout about hypocrisy then aggressively shout down even the most mild plan of ‘okay but personally ask them to stop’ is pretty frustrating.

We’re at the point now where the only way out is through. The basic checklist includes staying alive, staying sane, trying to stay out of trouble, helping out when you can, and looking for others doing the same. More or less in that order. There is always a “final battle” when society does a fascism that ultimately unwinds it. We’re on track for that and have just missed our last exit. That’s what we have to look forward to. We’re firmly in “weeks where decades happen” territory, buckle up. Hopefully this time we can clean up properly after.

We’ve been there for a long while and refused to see it, for personal comfort and safety. It will require a lot more temperance, courage, sacrifice, a lot less reactionarianism.

Can I quote myself without sounding arrogant? Brian Killmeade called for homeless to be shot, then retracted.

But he said it. The message has been delivered, and spread. Saying and apologizing is not the same as not saying it.

So, a ‘strike’ has come to mean ‘work stoppage’

And historically that has been the most mild of its possible meanings.

Sabotage of machinery and doing work as normal but dividing the product up among workers or giving it out for free, lying to suppliers, and all sorts of more aggressive tactics have traditionally been included in what that word meant. A lot of that doesn’t take a lot of people.

because no one cares when homeless people die. And in fact the fox news guy just said the quiet part out loud of what A LOT of people think.

I do volunteer work outreach work for the homeless and it’s a weekly thing to see homeless people beaten up, attacked in their sleep, etc. This isn’t a new thing.

Some? I saw one about a guy who went into work and having seen someone there with a gun before not in uniform and said he decided he was going to shoot him. Last I knew he didn’t even ask for a lawyer, he just brought his gun in, shot him and put it back in the car after apparently then let them arrest him.

Guess I’ll have to go searching for the others
