The Trump regime clearly still follows (some) court orders, even if they’re hoping to circumvent them. So why should we roll over and give up in the courts? That is the ridiculous notion.
I think you’re confusing an authoritarian breakthrough with authoritarianism. We’re still in the phase where courts have an effect.
I don’t think you’re picking up what I’m putting down. I’m saying that the courts are one tool in our resistance toolbox, because the Trump regime still sometimes listens to court rulings—as their authoritarian takeover isn’t complete. I’m not saying courts are magical in that they’ll instantly stop Trump forever, and I’m not saying they’re sufficient on their own. We have to keep resisting and practicing non-cooperation as well.
They don’t advertise honey, and my local resistance group, from what I can see, likes to wear furry outfits and dance on the corner near the ICE facility. I need something more substantial than that.
I’m guessing based on the furry outfits you’re in Portland. If so, look up “indivisible portland” or “50501 portland.” And if you’re not in Portland, just substitute your city or area.

Courts have the effect of a few days. If, in a few more days, the California National Guard is in Oregon—will you apologize to me?

We aren’t resisting or practicing non-cooperation.
Speak for yourself.
What are you doing, “organizing?”
But really, gimme ideas.
Get in touch with your local resistance groups. The way to effectively resist rising authoritarianism, IMO, is together.

Mate, its called putting in effort, something you say none of us are doing. Turns out, its just you projecting your laziness.
