Etwas andere Richtung, aber ich vermisse die selbstgehosteten Server für Online-Videospiele. Um diese Server haben sich Communities gebildet und man hat jahrelang dort immer wieder die gleichen Leute getroffen. Statt einer Queue mit Wartezeit hatte man einen Serverbrowser und man konnte sich aussuchen wo man hingeht.

Auch dort war es irgendwie besser wenn es von der Community selbstgehostet war. Ich hoffe, dass sich alles wieder mehr in diese Richtung bewegt.
