On top of that, I’ve seen more and more videos of Ukranian soldiers refusing to fight due to what they call inhuman orders, fight from hopeless positions without proper equipment or support.
To go to hopeless positions and fight without proper equipment and support.
This is a war. Of course there’ll be such things. Sure it might be a sign of bad leadership but also it might be a sign of making important decisions, which sometimes sacrifices units for larger gains.
Definitely it depends.
On the other hand, have you seen all the nazi-like people and organisations from Russia? Or, have you seen e.g. people protesting with blank posters in Moscow and being taken by the police for it? Or have you listened to what Putin says about Ukraine? Or Kadyrov?
And, well, do you have some sources to back things that you’ve just written? Kids and nazi salute, soldiers refusing to fight, hopeless positions without proper equipment or support. Because I can say just the same, but related to Russian Federation. It’s a war, one country invaded another one which is defending, it’s even more understandable that the defending country may not be prepared for an attack, so I don’t see unprepared army as a big thing.
Lots of good news recently :)

What kind of an order would that be?
