Ya I rewatched them recently and they were pretty good actually. Well, the first two, still haven’t seen the latest sequel (Resurrections?).
I think the latest sequel is the best possible sequel they could do. It’s meta about the series, why there is a sequel in the first place and why the new matrix is set when it is.
It reboots the status quo but in an interesting and changed manner that respects the victories of the original series. It’s the anti-force awakens.
I agree. Which is why I was so confused people got so angry about it when it came out, to me the artist’s intention was very very clear (in fact they just tell the audience lmao).
