“I was making a funny noise people were honestly crying laughing at,” he claimed. “She was the only person annoyed. I never spoke to her, I even let her sit down when she got on the train at 42nd street, and I continued to stand.”

YOU WERE ALLOWING META TO USE FACIAL RECOGNITION ON HUMANS WHO CANNOT CONSENT YOU INSUFFERABLE IGNORANT FUCKWIT.

For this and this alone she is an absolute fucking heroine, of the highest order. Very well done to her, and a mighty FUCK YOU to you, asswipe.

Is the version of events according to a Tiktoker… who claimed he was “making everyone on the train laugh except (the woman in question)”, who no one else on the train came to defend, who didn’t call the police or press charges, who instead just got off the train and posted about it… But I’m sure you’re right and it was just because he had a “smartphone on his face.”

Look, I get it, violence isn’t good and should never be acceptable. But if you go around being an obnoxious twat and filming people without their consent, well… fuck around and find out.

This bait or are you really too dim to see the difference? A person with a phone out video taping you is infinitely more obvious than these stupid glasses tied to metas network.

Okay great, but it’s still the same thing as anyone filming anywhere. You wanna cheer whenever someone punches a guy for using a phone camera?

“Obviousness” is not the key distinction justifying physical violence.
