Yes but if you consider the smallest moment between each motion as the length of that moment approaches zero then in essence everyone and everything is motionless until integration with boundary conditions is applied.

But if you didn’t desire to move for fear of making your circumstances worse, would it even matter?
I have sensitive wrists and would be annoyed.
