Z okazji Palestyńskiego Dnia Ziemi zapraszamy z Poznania do wspólnego upamiętnienia walki narodu palestyńskiego o ziemię, godność i wyzwolenie.
Gromadzimy się również w solidarności ze wszystkimi innymi uciskanymi narodami, które stawiają opór kolonialnej i imperialistycznej agresji. Od Palestyny przez Liban i Syrię po Iran - nasza walka jest jednością!

17:00 - Połączymy się online z naszym gościem, prof. Mazinem Qumsiyehem, założycielem i dyrektorem Palestine Museum of Natural History oraz Palestine Institute of Biodiversity and Sustainability. Prof. Qumsiyeh opowie o ekobójstwie w Palestynie, a także o działalności swojego instytutu i o tym, w jaki sposób możemy zaangażować się w jego działania z naszego miejsca. Na końcu przewidziane jest Q&A oraz możliwość udziału online. Link zostanie udostępniony w dniu wydarzenia. Rozmowa odbędzie się w języku angielskim.

Na miejscu będzie można kupić domowe jedzenie palestyńskie (również w wersji wegetariańskiej). Zebrane środki zostaną przeznaczone na wsparcie naszej przyjaciółki Alii i jej rodziny we Wrocławiu.

On the occasion of the Palestinian Land Day, from Poznań, we invite you to join us to remember the struggle of the Palestinian people for their land, dignity, and liberation.
We also gather in solidarity with all the other oppressed people who are resisting colonial and imperialist aggressions.
From Palestine to Lebanon to Syria to Iran, our fight is one!
Full program: 17:00 – We will connect online with our guest speaker, Professor. Mazin Qumsiyeh, founder & director of Palestine Museum of Natural History & Palestine Institute of Biodiversity and Sustainability. Professor. Qumsiyeh will inform us about the ecocide in Palestine, as well as the work his institute does, and ways we could engage with them from here. There will be a chance for questions & answers at the end, as well as the option to join online. The link will be provided the day of the event. The conversation will be conducted in English.
19:00 – Movie screening: „Foragers” director: Jumana Manna 64 min, 2022
There will be delicious homemade Palestinian food (with vegetarian options) for sale. The money gathered will go out to support our friend Aliaa & her family in Wrocław.
