I have doubts about this claim. I found an image taken what appears to be seconds before this one that describes Adolf as inspecting a new prototype.

History does repeat itself, but this isn’t one of the repetitions.
So inspecting a prototype of a car with high ranking military members and press all around, isn’t helping a big sponsor of the regime to sell more vehicles. I doubt your claim.
“The Car” was out of reach for most Germans back then and Hitler envisioned everyone having one, which was kind of revolutionary at the time. He famously created the VW Beatle to serve this purpose. His was also a militaristic regieme, and the press was probably there out of obligation or something idk but I’m sure they wanted to see the latest state of the art technology.
So yeah I consider this to be materially different from
filming an advertisementabusing the power of office for an already successful product in an already successful industry for therichest person in the history of humanityasshole that bought you out for $250 million dollars because you’re a whore for money.
