Data uses contractions constantly. Even in the very episode where Lore’s supposed ability to use contractions when Data cannot, Data does, in fact, use contractions.

IIRC it was an April Fool’s joke, where for one day everyone posted pictures of Data.
Way to assume we’ve seen this.
Data is one of my favorite uses of androids as a metaphor for neurotypicality. Up there with the T2 T-800.
