If it’s true, does it really matter where it comes from?

A lot of it depends on what consoles you want to emulate. I’m no expert, but from what I’ve seen just casually looking through retro gaming forums, is that anything up to N64/PS3 is doable with relatively cheap hardware. But if you want to emulate N64 or PS3 and above properly, you’re going to need to step up in specs.
How about not giving the parents the teachers’ personal phone number for starters. Every and all contact should be through a school email or chat app.
And any email from a parent harassing or threatening a teacher gets escalated to the principal.
If it continues, the pupil is expelled from the school

Pretty much like a car these days
Same. I posted something a little earlier today.
When it comes to live sports, I gave up on trying to find online streams a while ago. IPTV is really the best way to go for that.
There’s actually quite a few. Can’t think of them all, but the idea of things like making your own shampoo concoction is overkill to me. You can get a 39oz bottle of shampoo for like $7.50 US. Bought a bottle in January of this year and still have more than half the bottle left.
Just seems like the effort and cost savings aren’t worth it to me for something like this. Plus it’s questionable if it even works as good.
Basically though, I think people confuse cheap with frugal. Frugal is being about getting the bang for the buck, not depriving ones self for the sake of saving a few dollars. Mobile phones are a good example. Is there really a need to get a $1000 flagship phone when I can get a $200 lesser name phone that can do all the same things as the top tier one can? Sure, the photos might not be as high quality, but they’re way good enough for every day use.
COVID, UFO/UAP’s…the list goes on and on. Conspiracy theories are actually turning out to be the most reliable news sources. The MSM has proved over and over that they are just shills for whatever government they serve and we can’t believe anything they put out as news.
Can someone explain why they didn’t allow intermediates? Seems dumb to have to choose between slicks and full wets.
This has been my experience as well. I use Linux Mint Cinnamon and two Canon PIXMA printers. One large format and one printer/scanner. Canon does not have any Linux drivers on their website, but they were recognized and supported when they were plugged in. Pretty much plug and play
One thing I’ve noticed though is that the CUPS drivers seem to be the bare minimum. You can’t do things like see ink levels and the color/brightness levels are off by quite a bit. A lot of times It takes a lot of tweaking to get colors accurate that for a lot of my photos, I just fire up the windows machine and print them from there
Yeah. Maybe improvements to cameras is still a thing, but even those are so much better now than they used to be. But even that is really dependent on what phone you get. A flagship will always have a better camera than a budget phone.
Other than that I see no reason to spend top dollar on a mobile device whose capabilities peaked 5 or more years ago. I just buy used unlocked mid range phones every three years or so. Can’t say I’m missing anything.
Mental illness
No. It’s not the employers fault that Alice spent more money on her mode of transportation.
This is why paying people for their commute is unreasonable. Payment by mileage is based fuel costs mostly. Some wear and tear, but mainly it’s to offset the fuel cost. If someone rides a bike to work, they don’t have fuel costs, therefore should not be compensated.
