It’s a very unique game in every aspect, definitely recommend it to anyone with even the slightest interest in ‘hunter’ games or maybe even just in general.

There’s also God of War and Metal Gear Solid ports on there, although I haven’t tried them myself

Soul Sacrifice Delta, it’s kinda like monster hunter but with sorcerers and horrible Grimm fairytale-inspired monsters

I refuse to play it because I get very hooked on roguelites and am 150% certain it would ruin me for a month+

PoE in 2016 got ascendancy classes, an atlas expansion, and the labyrinth, and in 2015 it had just gotten act 4. So my first guess is it just got more popular because it got a shitload more content.

I only just now remembered they were even making PoE2 when I saw this thread lmao, couldn’t tell ya

PoE classes were gender locked, although you were fully allowed to fuck off across the skill tree and build a 2H strength ranger or whatever

And then ascendencies were added as class-locked skill trees and made that harder to pull off

Outer Wilds is so good I’m always a little jealous of people getting to enjoy it for the first time, have fun!

multiplayer horror games like Lethal Company (and presumably Phasmophobia idk, haven’t played it) are actually comedy games, not horror. there’s no isolation to really let the “good horror” dread sink in, so instead the fun comes from having a laugh at everyone getting spooked

nothing wrong with that, it just makes them hard to market properly

a game set in the United States that’s a deliberately over the top and silly mashup of 80s and 90s Japanese pop culture and zombies in a ridiculous alt history premise made by a Chinese studio who explicitly said they are constructing the game purely out of stereotypes

except for the chinese studio we already have those, they’re called Suda51 games and they fucking rule
