Paradox games should be automatically disqualified. If your game only becomes “Good” around the fifth DLC release (Out of 20 or more) and you are expected to get your hands on all of them, that’s not good.
Don’t they usually have awards for best DLC anyway? I’ve never played a Paradox game except for a little bit of HoI once, but it sounds like they’d be more deserving of that kind of award.
It would be a category it would make more sense for them to participate in. But I can’t see them winning, given that some DLC are like old style expansion packs or serve as mini sequels.
There is something sinister about the fact that the holocaust isn’t a factor in their ww2 game, but the purges are a central crippling mechanic for the soviets.
Also the fact that the holocaust isnt real but their other games allow for a genocide button.

EUV is pretty good for a paradox release, but that’s for a paradox release lol.
