“Accidentally”
They already only nag you about 8 times through edge and Bing about how Edge is the only browser you’ll ever need!!!1!! It’s perfect! Why are you leaving??? Try the REAL Microsoft recommended browser now!!! Like it’s so stupid and obviously anticompetitive it makes my head spin.
Picked up an Outlook update the other day that ignores default browser settings and automatically opens links in Edge, yeah, had to shut that crap down fast…
Kinda feels like this.
