Myślę, że to nie jest do końca nowe zjawisko. Taka “Moda na Sukces” czy paradokumenty są specjalnie ogłupione tak, że mogą lecieć sobie w tle podczas np. gotowania albo rozmowy z kimś.

Masz rację z tą opieką społeczną, są np. zasiłki celowe m.in. na jedzenie, ale pamiętam, że dużo łatwiej było dostać pomoc właśnie z Caritasu, rodzinie wstyd było stać w kolejce do MOPS-u i wyjaśniać sytuację jakiejś wrednej babie. Ale przecież nie wiem jak to w praktyce jest w Wenezueli.
